Safe: DoorJammer Lockdown in action

A new “Lockdown” version of DoorJammer, the award-winning portable door security device, has been launched to counter threatening situations in schools.

Where seconds count, DoorJammer Lockdown is easy to fit and quickly secures inward opening doors. DoorJammer Lockdown stops intruders in their tracks. No need to hunt for keys or padlocks by using this one-piece device.

Weighing less than 830gms, DoorJammer Lockdown is strong and made of steel. Once fitted its clever design means the greater the force exerted externally, the more the device stays in place – keeping the occupants safe on the other side.

In line with current Police and National Counter Terrorism’s (NaCTSO) advice, DoorJammer Lockdown helps schools create safe rooms for people to hide and barricade themselves in.

DoorJammer Lockdown has successfully passed UK police-accredited, Secured by Design’s rigorous resistance standards, including withstanding direct impacts of up to 50kg of force. This avoids additional expenditure on replacement doors and locks.

When required, DoorJammer Lockdown is swiftly removed by the occupants.
