Healthy enterprise for key stage 2

Pupils Profit have developed high quality enterprise training toolkits to equip groups of key stage 2 children to set-up and operate their own profitable businesses at school.

The business can be a healthy tuck shop or stationery shop. Children practise each of the STEMNET employability skills as they operate their business.

The Pupils Profit healthy tuck shop snacks are very popular and are all within the Children’s Food Trust guidelines, ensuring the project successfully contributes to healthy living by establishing and promoting healthy habits. The Stationery Shop range includes fun and innovative eco-friendly items.

One teacher told us: “The company has made the whole process a smooth one, as I initially thought the Healthy Tuck Shop would involve a lot of support from myself as class teacher – however they have made it simple enough for the children to run the business almost independently.”
