We discuss some of the current challenges including rising energy costs, rising National Insurance costs, and falling pupil rolls.
We also discuss a range of tips for saving on expenditure as well as lots of ideas for generating income, including external generation of funds via community outreach.
We discuss areas where we might work together to achieve economies of scale and hold suppliers to account, and how school improvement and the School Development Plan link to budgeting.
