The organisers have rescheduled the global education technology event to March 23, 24 and 25. It has been due to take place in January. Anyone who has already registered to attend will automatically be transferred to the new dates.
The overarching theme of the Bett 2022 education technology exhibition is Create the Future.
The show’s is returning to London’s Excel with a programme of more than 225 speakers exploring themes ranging from student’s mental and physical wellbeing to education equality and the future of edtech.
The main Bett Arena will once again be at the heart of the show and there will be nine theatres in total offering more than 90 hours of CPD-accredited content. Theatres include Teaching & Learning, Leaders@Bett, Tech in Action, and Bett Futures (small and start-up companies). There will also be the Bett Academy Theatre which will see the monthly Bett Academy online CPD sessions being delivered in-person.
New features on the exhibition floor include an Esports Hub focused on the use of esports in education, while Bett After Hours will see opening hours extended on the second day so that visitors who cannot attend Bett during the day can still come along. This will include professional development content and sharing of best practice as part of Twilight CPD sessions.
The student-led Kids Judge Bett will also be back for its seventh year, where pupils and parents from primary and secondary schools, including SEND and post-16 students, are invited to get involved in exploring stands, exhibitors and their products to choose their favourites across 10 categories for judging.
The Bett 2022 Awards winners are also revealed during the show, celebrating the best edtech game-changers.
