Grow Wild, an outreach initiative of Kew Gardens, is asking schools to get involved in a campaign encouraging us all to grow wildflowers.
UK native wildflowers play an important role in our ecosystem. Some bees and other pollinators can’t travel far to find food so it’s important that there are food sources and refuges dotted around for them to visit – especially in urban areas.
