Healthy: Inside and Out

Written by: Pete Henshaw | Published:

A range of resources has been made available to help schools mark Children’s Mental Health Week, which takes place from February 4 to 10, 2019.

The free resources include assembly guides, slides, classroom activities, top tips, and fundraising ideas focused on the week’s theme Healthy: Inside and Out.

Run by charity Place2Be, Children’s Mental Health Week began in 2015. The theme for 2019 focuses on the important relationship between our bodies and our minds and as such the resources focus on raising awareness of improving both our physical and mental wellbeing.
