Need to expand your capacity?

Could an Operating Lease be the answer to your school’s expansion plans?

With ever-increasing pressure on school space, a modular eco-classroom is one of the most cost-effective ways for a school to expand. However, in many cases available funding can prove inadequate for a school’s medium-term expansion plans.

Temporary classrooms are an obvious short-term fix, but there is a way to fund a more inspirational learning space that can enhance your school for generations to come.

TG Escapes have teamed up with a specialist partner to offer Operating Leases on their Learning Escape Eco-classrooms.

Under government rules, state-funded organisations are allowed to enter into qualifying Operating Leases, which require the school to pay a number of rentals for hire of the equipment.

At the end of the lease you can either return the equipment with nothing further to pay or continue to use the equipment by paying additional lease rentals. A dedicated advisor will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
