Into Film Festival: November 10 to 26

This year’s Into Film Festival will run until November 26 with more than 65 film titles on offer aimed at pupils of all ages.

The annual event is the world’s largest free film festival for children and young people and opens on November 10 with a pupil premiere of Clifford the Big Red Dog.

This year’s selected films come under a number of themes, including exploring history, finding your voice, community and togetherness, health and wellbeing, and fantasy and adventure.

Due to Covid-19, screenings during this year’s festival are limited to one school group to avoid mixing pupils from different schools.

The Into Film Festival is hosted by Into Film, a film education charity supported by the BFI through National Lottery funding.

Into Film aims to “unlock the power of film to deliver transformative learning outcomes for children and young people” in the classroom and via extra-curricular clubs and settings. The core Into Film programme is free for UK state schools.
