Education Support Partnership – the support charity for teachers and education staff

You may have heard about Teacher Support Network before, but this year Teacher Support Network, Recourse and Worklife Support have joined forces to save costs and help more people working in education feel at their best and stay in the profession they love. We are now called Education Support Partnership.

While we have made some changes, we are more committed than ever to supporting teachers as well as other people working in education. This is because we believe that people who work in education do some of the most important jobs in society, but are given very little support in crisis. That’s why our confidential 24-hour helpline is always there for anyone who needs it.

It is also why we provide training and professional services to help leaders engage, energise and look after their staff. Our programmes for staff can help the whole team feel listened to and valued.

Demand for our services is growing too. We received 29 per cent more calls to our helpline in the last year alone and we are determined to help everyone who contacts us, whatever they need.
