The Teacher Support Network is to merge with its sister charities Recourse and Worklife Support. The new organisation will support all people working in schools, colleges and universities.

The support will continue to include the 24/7 support line, telephone counselling, coaching, money management, grants, information and signposting.

A new name and logo is to be unveiled in September. Chief executive Julian Stanley said: "We will make important efficiency savings so that we can continue to provide a full range of holistic support for individuals and whole organisations, including counselling and debt counselling, as well as grants."
