Think Global’s free Global Wallplanner and teaching resource are both now available to help schools plan ahead for the new academic year.
Think Global is a national charity that supports global learning in schools via its Global Dimension website, which offers curriculum-based resources and training.
The theme for 2014/15 Wallplanner is “Light” (2015 is the United Nations International Year of Light).?
Teachers can order copies of the wallplanner online (UK addresses only). A PDF teaching resource based on the photos used in the wallplanner, also around the theme of Light, is available too.
For the digitally inclined, there is also an iCalendar version of the Global Calendar available for use in electronic diaries via the Global Dimension teaching website.
