The resources have been made available ahead of World Mental Health Day on October 10 and are based around using film in the classroom as a powerful medium to explore and discuss difficult subjects.
The Into Film programme includes exclusive filmed content from a range of sources including film-makers and youth mental health professionals. It is all available for educators on Into Film+, which is free to access and rights-compliant. The curated films cater for students aged from five to 19. There will also be a curated collection of youth-made shorts entitled Moving Minds and a new accompanying teaching resource that tackle a variety of mental health and wellbeing issues (available from October 4).
